Holly Griffin is the founder and principal of VAST Consulting Solutions, a Tucson-based firm providing fractional CFO and COO leadership, business process improvement, and strategic operational support to small and mid-sized organizations.

With over two decades of experience in finance, operations, and organizational development, Holly brings a rare blend of analytical precision and strategic insight to every engagement. She has guided clients through ERP conversions, cost-accounting analysis, HR system overhauls, and process optimization initiatives — always with a focus on building sustainable systems that empower data-driven decisions.

Holly holds advanced professional certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP), Senior Certified Professional from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP), Quality Management and Organizational Excellence (ASQ-QM/OE), and is a Six Sigma Black Belt. Her diverse background enables her to bridge the gap between financial strategy, human capital, and operational excellence.
